Moisturizers, night creams, face packs, peel off masks, toners, massage creams, scrubbers and gels; things are stacked up on your dressing table. Have I omitted Yoga Poses for improve Your Beautysomething ladies? These are all, right? We begin using these beauty products to get that wonderful glow. But obviously, nothing has worked out yet. We keep wondering how possibly these Celebrities manage to keep the glow of their skin on for years. Magic or expensive cosmetics? No, the name of the magic is yoga. Yoga may be the answer to all physical, mental and spiritual development.

Dull and loathsome skin besides to be the result of external sources like unhealthy lifestyle also happens because of mental conditions like stress and unhappiness. It is easy for people when they say to throw away all stress but we alone know how difficult that is. Yoga helps out effectively when it comes to reducing stress and worries.

Yoga Poses
1. Breathing Exercise
Breathing through the left nostril only, 5-10 minutes, will assist you to lessen heat effect in body breathing through left nostril is called Moon breath and is considered cooling while breathing through right nostril is called sun breathe and has heating effect. Only 7-10 minutes, breathing exercise will assist you to reduce heat effect in body. Just cover the right nostril with your thumb, and breathe usually through the left side. If the nostril is blocked, don’t force it.

2. Halasana (the plough pose)
First, lie flat on the back and make arms straight and near the body so that palms face downward. Gradually raise your leg towards the vertical. Only use the ab muscles to lift the leg don’t use arms. Unhurriedly lower the leg over the head and touch the floor with both feet. Stay to this final pose for comfortable of time.

3. Sarvangasana (The shoulder stand position)
First, lay down flat on the back with feet together and make arms beside and palms flat on the floor. Slowly lift your leg to the vertical position by blending elbow and using arms as a support pillar to steady the back by pressing it using the palms.

4. Vipareeta Karani Mudra (the inverted attitude)
The method is the same as for sarvangasana, apart from the chin isn’t pressed alongside the chest within the final pose. The trunk is held at a 45 degree angle down rather than at a right angle.

5. Shirshasana (Headstand)
Shirshasana for yoga Shirshasana is difficult pose but is great if you want to maintain a long-lasting glow and healthy try looking in your face. Since you are standing on your head, blood starts flowing downwards, thereby improving blood circulation in your face. By reversing the flow of gravity, a headstand simulates a “face lift” by letting your skin hang in the opposite direction, meaning getting rid of wrinkles. The inverted position of a headstand also flushes fresh nutrients and oxygen to the face, creating a glowing effect on the skin.
